Instead of individual gers we forsee "communal central heating" arrays with heat and water distribution from a local point. The arrays are modularly expandable and using commercial heat exchangers would be used for thermal storage and water system integration.

These arrays could be hundreds of meters away and the distribution underground.

Additionally a plate exchanger can be added to run a water supply through to pick up the heat circulating from the thermal storage to exchangers, thus providing heated water to the ger.
